Steam Mop… Where have you been?

I tend to be one of those people that will jump on cleaning trends, and then eventually when they fall off of the map.  I’ve been through laundry detergent balls, to dryer balls, to stain removing oxygen formulas, and the list goes on and on and on.  I love cleaning, certain things, and love gadgets.  So naturally the progression to the latest steam mop is perfect.  We have been using our Hoover Floormate… and still do with some of the “need to scrub” flooring issues, and of course the Dyson Animal vacuum that I LOVE.

I got my photo for steamfast here.

I did my research with the steamfast 3-1 Steam Mop online, with consumer reviews,  and then to youtube videos.  I loved the fact that I could not only mop with it, but I could use it as a hand held cleaner, steamer, squeegee, and oven cleaner.  All with NO chemicals.  I will be the first to admit, I like the smell of certain cleaning products, but  I have learned to scale back since Dexter and Cooper came to reside with us.  So the idea of being able to clean with no chemicals of course made my ears stand at attention. I am not a paid spokesperson for steamfast, but I should be, I have gotten two other friends to purchase their mops, and they love them!  Marketing experts say that a dissatisfied customer will tell twelve of their friends, and a happy customer will only tell four.  I am just the opposite, if I find something that works for people, I will scream it from the heavens. It steams after only 30 -45 seconds with cold water, and has a large reservoir.  Comes with all of the needed cleaning attachments, two cleaning pads that you just throw in the wash, and it’s easy to assemble and use.  It’s a win win! There is one thing I think they could improve on, the chord wrap apparatus is not my favorite, but I can seriously live with it! So with this new product review section, and SteamFast being the first…. Total Score 4.5 out of 5 Stars
